I went in for one thing . And then had a major engine overhaul . They went out the way to get in contact with my warranty company to get the problem fixed . Even though it took 3 months and they kind of gave me a loaner car which I really appreciate! They addressed the issue and got my car running brand new.

My service advisor is a good communicator and give me a discount for adding some extra work. Also, the front transfer case was really screwed up at only 48K miles and he knew that this would be covered by GM's extended powertrain warranty so almost $4K of work was covered.

The front service desk was informative, kind and helpful. Once I got my truck back it had a dent in the side of the truck. I can't prove that they did it but I know I didn't do it. This is the second time their workers are careless. The first time they clipped the side of the truck after a car wash. Yes they fixed it, but what a pain.
