The people at the the Buick Dealer were great waiting 4 months for parts which was GM'S problem was not good I would like a letter from GM as to why I had to wait so long and what there doing to fix the problem Yet they are always sending me information on buying a new Car when they can't get parts to repair the cars

Service technicians were incompetent and seemed in a hurry. They did not make the time to answer or explain to me the questions I had. Just because I have purchased the car with you I have to keep coming back under warranty. I wish I could take it somewhere else. This is all in exception to Andrew the serve technician. I would not reccommend this dealer to others

I scheduled with an actual advisor in the service department. I requested a specific technician. All of my concerns were completed, along with a manufacturer recall, very promptly. Everything that was done was explained to me. Lupe Chapa, my advisor and Allen Duncan were excellent!

Appointment made week or so in advance for recall on airbag. Figured while the car was there I would have the oil changed as well. Car was droppped off. Oil changed. Didn't have the part to do the recall.

The last two times that my car was due for service we were visiting our kids back in Illinois. The closest Buick dealer is Fox Valley. They were able to work me in on short notice both times and did an excellent job. If I am in the area again and need service for my car I will not hesitate to call them again.

Totally upfront about all their vehicles. Went in to look at a jeep, they were upfront and told me the jeep would need 2k in repairs. Didn't get that vehicle but got another one. Again totally upfront about work they were going to do to it before I took it. Great people there.

I did receive a phone call and an email and a text message only problem was they were quite a distance away from my home so I had to find a day not working to get up there . Unfortunately the truck was sold I really really had an interest in that vehicle but Im sure theres others out there

Make sure you know what you are getting. I don't buy very often. I went prepared, I thought, I had Kelley blue book value of my old vehicle. I drove a little too far to look at it as I really didn't want to drive somewhere else. Sales rep said that Kelley blue book was not a fair value. Trading in made it possible to buy without a loan. I almost left without buying and I kind of wish I had. Sales rep told me that the vehicle would have a full tank of gas, it was a verbal agreement. Tank only had a 1/4 after purchase. So much for help on that. Everything was supposed to be in top shape. Once out in the dark, I found 2 clearance lights not working. Make sure you check everything yourself well!!! If possible leave the lot without the vehicle for a few days before contacting them to see what they might do to ease your concerns.
