I had received a letter about a possible problem with my 2019 Rav 4. It wasn't a recall, because not all cars were experiencing it, but mine was. So I took it to Fox Toyota of Cadillac, they diagnosed the problem but had to order parts. When I went back in two days I was expecting to wait about 2 hours because that's what the letter had said it would take. They had the job done in about 1 hr., 15 min. - no charge.

Service managers are difficult to work with and are poor communicators. If they make a mistake, they lie about it instead of making things right. I'd rather drive further to a different Toyota dealer than go back to Fox Toyota.
