Everything was great. Got in and out quickly. Oil change and replaced two filters. Appreciate the work updates and suggestions. Love the waiting area. Clean. Spacious. Coffee avail able. Restrooms are the best I've seen in any auto service waiting area. Vent back the next day as a walk-in. Taken care of quickly. Appreciate getting worked into the schedule without a lot of haggling.

Dealer shop recommended change engine and cabin air filters. After 2nd time service due. RAV4 2025 9000 miles. They send me a video of the 'bad' engine filter. A charge of $150.00. And I declined. In my garage When I Checked engine filter noticed NO signs of my filter being removed for inspection. What a shame and scam from FoX toyota managers and or mechanics. Most likely won't recommend these people- place and not going there again

There is nothing I did not like about my service every time I go to Toyota for SERVICE for whatever type of service, it's always been a very good experience. Customer service is great. I have no complaints other than keep up the work because they're awesome. Their attentiveness knowledge and everything is on point.

Whatever you do - do not go to this location. No one was able to fix the simple error that my vehicle needed - had this problem for a couple of months and was promised they would call me . Still waiting on a call.when I checked and called - no one knew what I was talking about . My part was never ordered . Very bad customer service !!

Your service department sucks did an oil change. They took everything out of the glove compartment and left it on the floor and some inside all a mess. Talked to the service advisor, he then call the supervisor which he then open my door stuffed everything inside the glove box and closed the door. I was shocked but I guess that's the new fox service never again thank you.

I will give 3 starts just because Avelina Y. Pulido saves my day (service advisor) because manuel just ruin my morning . At the time ( 2 weeks ago ) I'm still waiting for his return call and answer my messages. Very disappointed. But thanks to Avelina likes always (she's the best at service)

I went in to get my tire fixed not for service maintenance, Instead they performed my 15K maintenance and the workers did not properly inspect the condition of my tire which had been losing quite a bit of air for the past week. The Service Advisor lied to me that the tire was inspected because it was still losing air for another week. The following week they found a nail on that tire.

I went in to get my vehicle's fluids topped off. However, it took over 2 hours to supposedly complete this simple procedure. The following morning, I checked my power steering fluid and noticed it had not been topped off. I ended up just doing it myself. Disappointed.

It took several hours to get my vehichle back, eventhough I had an appointment. They didn't do the courtesy wash they usually do, even though it was there about 5 hours. Once I returned for it, I had to wait a bit, as the 1st guy couldn't find the vehicle. Somebody else had to help him find it.

They didn't provide any of the services requested. The safety inspection wasn't performed, telling my wife it wasn't needed yet, but it was and I did it elsewhere. Didn't reset oil change light, didn't fix the malfunction in tire pressure sensor, both lights STILL on.

The dealer recommended unnecessary services (fuel injector services) and when I asked the guy managing my appointment why they were recommending it, he lied saying it was needed. But the Toyota manual does not recommend that service for the mileage I was at. Terrible that they lie to people and individuals that are just trying to take care of their cafe believe them and pay the high prices.

Horrible experience again, the vehicle was dented while in your hands on my first tune up, the appt was set up i get there no one knows what im talking about the associate was absent the day i went in, was waiting over 45 minutes just to get the vehicle in, i had to get back to work had no rental due to the dent on Toyota end, overall this dealership is horrible.

I waited three hours for an oil change and rotation. Advisors here will not check to see if vehicle is under warranty either so got charged for covered service. When I contacted them to fix their mistake I was ignored and never received a call back. Just bad all around.
