If you visit a dealership's service department and you see that all of the auto technicians are very young and unhappy, then don't be surprised if you have a bad experience.
I got the feeling that Fox Toyota values (pays) their auto technicians and the service side of the car business with very reasonable prices for services.

Service Adviser Drew Holbrook was honest, very prompt in answering all of my many questions, and he helpfully also put me into a rental vehicle for the duration of the maintenance work. My life time warranty was not honored. Only because I got my car serviced at another dealership . The reason I did was because when I went for my oil change . Fox Toyota left the cap off and all the oil blew all over my car . Luckily you didn't blow up my engine. I was scared to let you doy oil changes my reward for your error my warranty not being honored, which according to my lawyer is illegal .

Generally, I get great service from the folks at Fox. However, I pointed out that my new car has several "pits" in the paint on the hood, which should not be happening. A picture of one of the spots was taken--there are at least four of them--with the promise that this would be turned over to the proper department.
I have heard nothing.

The maintenance on my Camry was due. Fox Toyota did a very good job. The maintenance took a little over an hour. It included oil change and checking over everything. They found that I needed an air filter replaced which they did while we were there. All the staff was very friendly, professional, and efficient.

I was informed that I would not be charged for installation of Engine and Cabin air filters. Because I told them that I would if they charged.me. They said no charge and was charged $27 to install the cabin filter which takes all but 5 minutes. Service advisor said he would take care of me on my next visit.

Easy to make an appointment. When I arrived I was told how long it should take to do the work. It was an accurate assessment. Afterwards my service rep spent time answering questions I had about a couple of safety features. My Rav4 battery suddenly died while I was grocery shopping. Fortunately, someone had battery cables and was able to jump start my vehicle. I immediately drove to Fox Toyota service dept. I explained that I had bags of fresh groceries. They immediately got me in, tested my battery and had to replace with a new one. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Thanks, Fox Toyota!
