The actual service was good. I expect dealerships to charge more money, but it's complete baloney that they now charge a service fee for using a credit card. I have no problem paying a service fee at a Mom n' Pop business, but I have a big problem with a large organization screwing over their customers.

Everything went very well. It was several days before we could get an appointment. The day of the appointment, everything went very well. Everyone was very nice and aware of what we needed. The repair was done the same day. It was very expensive, but the car runs well now.

I saw a 2020 Audi listed online on Fox Subaru website. Visited the dealer 50 minute drive from home, salesman said "we don't have that but let me show this Subaru". Looked again when I returned home. Still listed, so I called and was told it is available and someone will call me back. That never happened. Always have been impressed with the Fox dealer brand, but this was disappointing.
