Fab!!! Javier and his team helped me sort a CEL that neither my OBDII scan tool nor the car systems menu itself could determine. Javier ordered the parts and planning on Fox Motors completing the repair soon.
Fab indie shop for anyone owning a Bimmer. this place is the real deal. terrific prices and people!

Always let you know the status of your repair. There was an issue regarding the choice of fuel injectors placed in the car. When it was found that it was a no go for OEM but genuine injectors, the warranty credit was given to me towards the genuine BMW injectors.
Now the car runs smoothly.

They don't offer the complimentary wash or vacuum and my car was short one quart of oil and they didn't top it off after a pretty high bill.good customer service and good people decent rate I would just expect at least a car was and vacuum and top off

Very kind helpful staff, online appointment scheduling and payment, beautiful waiting room and they sent a list of things my car needs attention to after an oil change.

Fox Motors has been a routine part of my BMW's service and maintenance repertoire since 2025. imo, good place and people to know to keep your Bimmer in top condition and a legit alt to the Centers.

I had a very good experience at Fox Motors Bimmer Specialists. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the service was completed to my satisfaction. I appreciated how I was treated and would recommend them to other BMW owners.

WAAAAAY better service than dealership!!! Faster, cheaper and more personalized service AND they don't constantly try to upscale you like my advisor at the dealership did!

Great Service,
They are nice and respectful at the front desk and that helps out a lot. Very clear on what's needed to get you up and rolling

This business is a great alternative to the BMW dealership experience. The cost was nearly half of the standard pricing at a dealership, for the same out comes.

Javier really runs a tight ship.
He and the shop run a common sense approach to things.
If you own a BMMER or PORSCHE just go. They will fix you up.
Honest, clean and respectful.
Just go.

Nice clean place that took care of my car. I also like that they paid for my Uber to get back home while they worked on my car.

They are always thorough and on time with my services. Always treat me with respect and respond to any questions I may have. I have used them for over 3 years and always come away satisfied with my service.

The work was done as described and within the timeframe expected. I do not like given the cost they charge a service fee if you use a credit card versus a debit card.
by 2008 BMW M5 Owner on 11/05/2025Verified Service
They checked out my vehicle told me what was wrong gave me recommendations and did not do any work until I approved it. They kept me informed and they performed the services I needed.
