Ford Fox was easy to work with. I've never dealt with them before, but will consider a future purchase with them. My friend took our vehicle down for the repairs. They had a valet service, which was convenient for her. I've heard their sales and serve are top notch. I believe it.

Everything went fine. How do you rate an oil change. Ford changed the oil and away I went. Fox Ford is way cheaper on oil changes then a service station!

Had a malfunction with the rear hatch of our Ford Explorer. I called the Fox Ford service department and they got us in for service that same day. Found out that the problems was something that they needed to order parts for, but they went above and beyond to address our vehicle problem.

I always receive great service at Fox Ford, and this time was no different. The problem was resolved and with these guys, if they have to go an extra mile, they will! If I would have got the truck back and the new vibration wouldn't have been there, I would've given a 5 star rating. But that's for another day. I appreciate all of the guys in the service department. They treat me and my guys well.
