No stars. Awful. I do not recommend taking your vehicle here for any reason. From start to finish the whole experience was a nightmare for 4 months. No communication between the dealership, customer, employees or Chrysler customer care coordinators. No pride in the work here. Upon completion of my vehicle, it wasn't even fully safety inspected to be road worthy.

The place is trash. Wants to take my Jeep for 6 days to hook up a dyno because the brand new truck I paid for has the check 4 wheel drive light. You couldn't pay me to deal with these people ever again! Not the first time they've told me this. Sold me it with a bad speaker to begin with. Just took it in for a recall on the springs and now my light is on. What a joke

This place is where you take your car if you want service like it use to be. I had problems with my Town and Country van making a strange noise. They took it in without an appointment and had it back to me the next day with a new wheel bearing and brakes all around. Bravo!!!

The worst ever dealership I have done business with. Avoid at all costs. Incompetent and dishonest staff. Unable to complete routine maintenance, then trying to upsell aftermarket parts not needed. Save yourself time, money and frustration and just go elsewhere.

The reason Igave it three star is because I keep getting these coupons sent to my house, 2 Mopar synthetic oil change for $145. When I go into the shop I am told I cannot use the coupons they're not participating with Mopar. I asked are there any type of deals for oil change and I was told there is a deal with rotation of the tires and I explained that I already have my tires rotated by someone else another company. I just wanna know if there's deals on oil change and there were not just deals for oil change. I think there should be deals for oil changes with the tire rotation or without. Other than that, the service was very good.
