The oil change was fine. I specifically asked about the status of my brakes and was told that they were "in the yellow" but still okay. Later that week I took my car somewhere for another issue that had come up. They looked at my brakes and told me they were basically metal on metal and worthless. He was shocked that I was told they were still okay.

I like the vehicle pick up and deliver service offered by Fox. I didn't like that they didn't inflate my tires to 35 psi after they were rotated. They didn't fill up the window wiper fluid receptor after replacing wiper blades. The front left brake is still squeaking and rusty from what appears to be lack of fluid. Brakes and rotors were fixed and flushed In July 2024 total cost was around $800.

The quality of repair was good. But, I told them it was the coolant thermostat (which it was) and I cannot get a real detail of why the labor cost was $927. If that is the GM book rate for replacement, and coolant flush and change it must be for a mechanic that has never seen an engine before.

The dealership seemed to overcharge/overestimate work needed to the tune of $5000 and found later through independent mechanic that the work was unnecessary. After leaving the dealership for $1000 repair my car leaked fluids in a parking lot 20 minutes later.
