As part of their "process" they REMOVED MY WEATHERTEK floor mat and put it in the back seat because Toyota (and this "dealer") didn't like how it was installed.. The customer then has to reinstall it before driving off.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, and it took about two hours, which was completely unacceptable. I have never in my life waited two hours for an oil change. Fox Toyota thought it was okay to waste my time excessively.

After service sensor for cruise is not working, no advice during hand over, also it was included the revision of the whispers, no highlight but they are not cleaning in normal way.
