I was super happy that they honored a "lifetime warranty" on a component of an old car. They also completed everything quickly and their communication was excellent. It was so good, in fact, that I considered buying a brand new Honda just because of how I was treated.

Luckily I got in first thing in the AM, but was still worried about a long wait w/o an appointment. Emergency need for 2 new tires. Was helped right away, quick recommendation and full disclosure on pricing. Was done in under 3 hours. Only complaint - coffee machine was down and that's only because i find their coffee to be surprisingly good for a machine in a service waiting area.

Very fast express service! Was in and out in under an hour for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Service advisor, Fred was very personable and professional. Waiting area was great too. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Fowler Honda service.

Written estimate shows $2,635 compressor + $425 evac/recharge despite Honda covering at no cost. Failed to follow proper warranty procedures. A/C failed again within days. Honda Corporate complaint filed with documentation.

I simply had an oil change and tire rotation. It took a little longer than I expected. I think what slowed the process down is the full car inspection. The service guy found a number of things they recommender should be addressed! The car is 13 years old. I guess some parts don't last forever! Roger

I did not get my car worked on there way to cost ineffective. I went with a local company Stonum and they were amazing. I got all the recommended work done which I was going to have to skimp on at Honda due to high costs.

Quick visit to get a lot of stuff done. Great waiting area where I was able to use their WiFi to get a lot of work done. They were all courteous and working hard continuously. I leased my CRV from boulder but just realized they had a dealership in Longmont also. I don't recommend Markley honda in ft. Collins but Fowler honda in longmont was easy for mummy first visit. They also kept in touch with me while my car was being worked on.

They do a great job. They always let you know the cost and if anything needs to be authorized, they are on top of it. I drive from Loveland to Longmont to have my Honda serviced. They are an awesome group. I would not take my Honda anywhere else to have it worked on.

I went in for a re call on my car and they told me it would take approximately an hour. An hour and 20 mins went by I went to ask if my car was done and was told they dont have the part and it needs to be ordered. It took them that long to tell me they dont have the parts and we will call you when its in. Dont bother This is the last time I will ever take my car here.
