took over one hour to change the oil & rotate tires. seemed excessive this was a programed service with no additional expense to me, at this time, previously paid for. the service manager tried to tell me that I needed new wiper blades as mine were dried out and cracking. it was raining when I left and the wipers had no problems. believe they were just trying to get more of my money.

Roberto got us scheduled in a timely manner. He did a great job. The second receptionist sitting at the desk wasn't very helpful. When I asked her if she could help me check on the status of my vehicle she said NO I'd need to walk to a different department. I was confused.

Left my truck for two days and they ended up telling me 15 minutes prior to picking up my truck that they ordered the wrong part so they didn't end up doing anything to it. Mind you i had taken it back a few weeks before (also left it for a day) so they can see what parts they needed to order.

It was very good. However, the adendem in the contract for "not holding foundation Chevrolet responsible due to cold water causing a cracked windshield." Was a bit shady and unnecessary in my opinion. Especially since I was never actually warned about it before hand.

First, they charged a "diagnostic fee" for the check engine light, although I have a "lifetime" drivetrain warranty since this dealership performs all service and that is their policy. After determining the cause, they wanted over $900 to "repair" a known defect in some flap. I paid the fee but refused the service.

the customer service rep tried to tell me that my vehicle was scheduled for hundreds of dollars of work - he only looked to see what services were needed at 30,000 miles. Foundation did all the work plus more at my request about a year ago. more research should have been done. I shouldn't have had to tell him to check further, especially since I only came in for an oil change and tire rotation.
