I'm sorry for the lack of communication, When you drop off your vehicle your request was to diagnose and verify the cause of A/C not blowing cold air. In order to condemn the problem we needed to recover and find out how much freon was in the A/C system. Since there was only 60 grams of freon and the system require 435 grams in A/C system. it was necessary to recharge the A/C system to find the cause of the leak. IF you like give us a call back in regards to the leak issue and repairs needed and give you a discount toward the repair needed for A/C issue. Thank You.

There simply isn't anyone better in Chicago.

I was given an verbal quote and charged for $779 for automotive services, and later received an additional $179.83 charge for materials that were not included in the original quote. This may have been just an oversite on the part of the service department, but it feels a bit unethical. That being said, the work was completed ahead of schedule and I have had no further issues with the work competed and delivered for my vehicle.

My experience at Foster and Broadway Autotech is always excellent. I wish the ran the airlines and the country. They are incredibly smart, extremely honest and very thorough.
I trust Roberto, Jose, Tom, Carlos and the whole team with my life I love these folks. I wish I understood auto mechanics so I could try to work for them. But I don't. Please don't go anywhere else, this is the only mechanic shop you will ever need.

I can't say enough about Foster & Broadway Autotech. Owner Robert and his team are simply the best. This was a busy visit for my 2005 Subaru. Tune up, tire rotation, new brakes, new battery, oil change. Ace mechanic Ivan treated my car as if it was his own. I felt like I got a new car when I drove it home. The Autotech team really are the "PROS FROM DOVER". Don't take your vehicle anywhere else but here!

The brakes are in great shape, feels like. The people are friendly, the speed with which the work was done was more than reasonable - and the cost matched the estimate (cheaper than estimates we got for the same work in Lake Tahoe and Tennessee). I'm not sure if you could ask for better service.

Competent auto mechanics i can trust. Needed a/c flush/recharge. Had been to AutoTech before but first went to try Tuffy's @diversey/southport as they're close to my house. They said $250. Sounded high. Called AutoTech. Their price $160. Evidence good reason to keep coming back
