We had to reschedule the appointment twice for recall items because the dealer has only one part-time Mitsubishi technician. The dealer should make greater efforts to enhance its capacity and capabilities, especially since it has recently acquired the Mitsubishi dealership from Mike Miller who had great job previously in terms of services

Truck was serviced prior to resale. Vehicle was delivered in beautiful condition. Features were demonstrated. Test drive indicated truck performed like a brand new vehicle despite having over 50k miles. Sales and service staff were responsive and helpful to my questions and concerns. My only regret is I live too far away to return to this dealership for routine maintenance or repairs.

I went in for an oil change. No appointment was necessary. I was welcomed immediately, nobody tried to sell me anything else. The customers' waiting room had a variety of soft drinks coffee...and popcorn! The work was done on time and at a reasonable price.
