Had a check engine light on and recall. Called Ford of Dalton to get it looked at. They came and picked it up from my house and took it to the dealership. Chris was my service contact that kept my informed and contacted me when it was ready. He got it delivered back to my house. Chris and fellow associates all did a knock it out of the park job. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially the service center.

Had no radio, modular went bad. Johnny Glover had my vehicle picked up and returned to me twice. Once for diagnostics and second to repair! Couldn't make a 10 hour drive without a radio! Everyone at Ford of Dalton are great! Johnny Glover is the man! Thanks for always taking care of me!

Dalton Ford was excellent! They accepted my walk in request for an oil change 15 minutes before they closed & they charged less because of a mistake on a previous visit. The go above and beyond to get it right or make it right. Kevin is the best sales person and the service department are all top notch.

Dalton Ford failed to indicate that the reason we traded it back in to them 4 months later and we are now $15000 in negative equity after pleading with them to let us trade it back in they gave us an awful trade in value 4 months later because they sold it with a bad transmission and they are now reselling it with a bad transmission and are hiding the fact that it needs one!

I had an appointment and it took 3 days for the tech to start on my vehicle and another 2 to return the vehicle, there was new problem caused by the service requiring it to be returned to the shop. The service writer was very apologetic and friendly, the shuttle service was very convenient.
