Worst service ever! They scheduled my car for the next day 730 am only to keep it for more than 3 days and no ff up call on what's going on until I called. Also, don't ever tell them you think there's an issue because they will charge you even if they didn't do anything!

I got a Bronco and traded in a Fusion. The Bronco is fun to drive. It's more noisy than the Fusion and rides stiffer. It's more like truck, so what do I expect. It handles the potholes better. I miss the adaptive cruise control and console in the Fusion but the screen monitor and situational awareness is better in the Bronco.

They've upped their game at the dealership. They did a great job with communication, explaining issues with parts, and were priced competitive to local shops. Needed a headlight replaced and new battery. They also provide rides locally to/from shop while they work on your vehicle. But really the communication and pricing were worth a trip to the dealer and trust the parts. All their work is warrantied for 24 months as well.
