The first time I walked onto the lot to look at the car, they informed me they couldn't find the key to the car I was interested in. The next day they called to inform me they'd found the key. So the following day I went out to test drive the car. I was informed they couldn't find the key. Again. Fool me twice

Shopping for a car can be quite stressful. The dealer was helpful in getting a test drive arranges, but getting an actual price quote was not possible without dealing with too much BS.

I have to wait for 30mins to be entertained. They have few employees. They dont have a front desk that would ask if you have appointment, you have to wait if someone is available to talk. Very small office. Theyre not connected to a lot of banks for financing. They offer very high interest thats why we did not get it.

Set up appointment to see vehicle first thing in the morning the following day, drove an hour to get there. Arrived on time, vehicle was not there but at another shop. They asked if I could come back in an hour, I checked with my wife and here comes the sales man saying it just had been sold from the other shop. Total waste of my time Cash in hand and was ready to buy this one.

It was the worst experience I ever had. The staffs were unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. He held my $7,000 cash down payment in his pocket. It felt like they were trying to suck everything out of us for a car we didn't even come for. They sold the one I originally wanted and didn't even bother informing us. It was chaotic and I felt like they were keeping my down payment hostage. I went somewhere else and bought a car that I'm loving.
