This place has great folks working in their service department. They really helped me out even though I had a Genesis which they do not sell. They were very fast and even washed my car afterward. They make me wish I would have purchased a Hyundai instead of a Genesis.

The customer service experience was unsatisfactory. My service advisor, Mark, did not provide proactive updates regarding my vehicle's status. I frequently initiated contact, and on each occasion, the receptionist indicated his unavailability, with no subsequent return calls from him.
Conversely, the quality of the repairs performed was excellent.

For one didn't do my tire alignment states couldn't get my tires off needed a key which I was never told I needed and then proceeded to try and sell my brand new tires.

The customer service here is always great and it's nice that I always seem to deal with the same person, Mark. The gal that helped me was awesome customer service. Several of the guys ignored me is what occurred to me upon entering the service department. To busy chatting. I most likely will not be returning.

I was grateful that the parts replaced were under an emission warranty but it took several weeks for the parts to arrive which I expected. I didn't expect to not be updated on the status of the completed repair time with was much longer than expected. Overall it all got completed and the car is working well.

Not happy . They didn't even look at the fact that I had no back window blade. It's raining outside. I thought I was going to be getting an all around inspection. Obviously they forgot that they charged me for a whole bunch of stuff and I am not sure if it's really valid.

For the most part it was good. I had went in to the office and said I have an appointment they told me to go and wait by my car and someone would be out there to help you. Wel I waited by my car 30 miss passed still Noone came so my sister had to go back in office.

In and out as requested. The recall was completed and the warranty issue was looked at and parts ordered.
Rod, the service writer, was pleasant and easy to work with.
The only issue is the original paperwork showed an amount due. This was probably for the part or diagnostic labor which is under warranty. Problem was resolved quickly and easily. Not a perfect 5 star visit, but close.

Did not know what was being worked on in the car for the safety recall. Was not told how long it would take. When asked what was going on, service agent had gone off to lunch while I waited 2 hours assuming they were still inspecting the vehicle. In the end, still don't know what they did to the car; possibly making it worse, and without my permission.
