They said they would call back twice with no response, yesterday the mgr. said in a few minutes and I waited making me late for an appointment. I would have been willing to pay their price for the vehicle but like to check the customer service first by making an offer. Their CS is the worst.

Took the car in for a simple 15,000 mile oil change. Also just a couple of other minor things that needed to be addressed. Took them two days for these services to take place. One of the complaints was never addressed or fixed. Looks like I will be taking my brand new truck someplace else.

Had my truck too long which was blamed on being short-staffed, GMC doesn't offer loaner vehicles, didn't fix all issues, and damaged my console in the process (they'll repair but that requires another visit and more waiting). Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Service advisor charges a diagnostic fee of $265 to check the brakes when I already told him I wanted the rear brakes done. He added this charge in addition to the cost to replace the rear brakes. He would not reverse the fake charge so I had to pay it to get my truck back. Also there was no diagnostic report so this was a totally bogus money grab. I for sure won't be going back to this place for service.

First of all I couldn't get the service I requested after making an appointment. 3 days later it took several hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. The service is excellent. However, there seems to be friction between the mechanics and management. Several mechanics called in sick. What's it all about?

Took me 3 x's to get a sensor replaced. Once to diagnose, once again to put in new part too busy, then finally got it done after 3rd time. Guess 3rd time really is the charm. Get a free oil change and tire rotation.
