They don't take appointments for tire rotations but require you to rotate them every 5000 miles to keep the warranty active. So I was there for 3 hours and 20 minutes for a service that took only 20 minutes. I will probably buy my next set of tires from the dealership or Dunn.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon with a nail in tire. Couldn't be fixed. I had an extra tire at home that one fellow said he would put it on for me if I got back with it quickly. Turns out he was one of the managers! Wonderful customer service! Great employee!

Our past experience with Flynn's has been satisfactory. On this occasion we were disappointed too find a dirty steering wheel and dirt on the passenger seat as well as it appeared the glove box was looked into. We did not notice any thing missing but we wondered why the glove box had been opened..

The only thing I did not like was the 1st come 1st serve. It took me 3wks to get the tires on because they don't make appointments for tires and my work schedule is insane, I work 12hr shifts 6 days a week a week in healthcare and my day off I don't have 3-4hrs of time to waste sitting around, other than that I might return for tires .

They had the car for 7 hours after drop off the night before. I re- torqued all the lug nuts and found several were loose. I drove the car home and the under inflation dash light came on, which was not on when I brought it in for the winter change over. I then properly inflated all the tires and the light went off. I don't think the rims were cleaned before installing the winter tires.

They charged me 59 dollars to tell me they can't work on my car, despite when I made the appointment I specifically asked if they could do actual work on an 87 Pontiac fiero. When they told me they couldn't I asked why they originally said they could and it was because they carried brake lines, which are a universal part. This was nearly the worst experience I've had at a shop.

I love getting my car serviced there. They do great work. The workers are always nice to everyone. I will always go their fi car service. Allen is very professional. He gets what your car needs. Every time I call Allen he gets me in and as I said before the service is great. My car runs like a new car. Flynn tire is a great place to get your car serviced.

Was having issues with balancing relatively new tires at the ford dealership. Went to Flynn's for a second opinion, and Alan was able to get me a new set of wrangler duratrac tires for 275 through Goodyear warranty. No work was required on my end and was able to get new tire in about a week, start to finish.
