I didn't have an appointment and pulled in at 7:30 a.m. with a bolt in my tire. They were gracious and patient and I told them I could leave my car and just call me when it was ready. It was done in 2 hours, even though I picked it up later in the afternoon. Great service and professional, kind people! Highly recommend!

Alan was fantastic and got me taken care of right away. He explained everything I needed done to my car and I appreciate the speed and quality of service. I could see into the shop from the show room and was able to watch the mechanic work on my car. Alan told me his name was Dan and I wanted to make sure I shout him out too. What a great team!

Car pulled worse to the right after the alignment. Went back to have it redone and they got it better but while I was driving down the road heard a loud bang and then brake started grinding due to them leaving a caliper bolt out. Please aware of your car.

Service was great just SLOW. It was a lot of people ahead of me and I was a walk in but I waited over two hours just to get my tire plugged. Maybe communicate at the beginning that the wait will be so long so the decision to wait is up to the customer.Friendly staff though.

Jennifer helped me get my tire order in so i would have them ready when I got there the next morning --and when I arrived I only waited 30 min and my tires were on and they pulled the car up to the door for me ...fast service and everyone was so friendly!

Had an appointment for a GOL and tire rotation. They checked all the fluid levels. The courteous front desk always has two people there to advise you about the problem you're coming in with. Didn't wait too long. Good place when looking for tires too!

Took a lot longer than expected for an oil change and tire rotation. Sounds like it was due to getting air filter and/or oil drain plug which were recommended to be changed while I was there.
