People were great. Everything was great. We were very happy. The only problem was we got there at 10 to 8 and still had a three hour wait I wish you would have appointment times I saw somebody coming in an hour later than Addison got served right away, so I don't know what the deal is there that's the only thing that I didn't like otherwise, everything was great

They are first come, first served. They were busy but they worked me in less than an hour. The shop is set up with a viewing window of the work area so you can watch the work being performed on your vehicle. The guys worked efficiently as a team, and did a quality and timely job.

TV should be relocated. Hard to watch it since you're facing the huge window looking into the outdoor brightness :) ... of course it was on some weird channel that nobody was paying attention too. Should be on a local channel :)

All my experiences at Flynn's have been very positive! They get you in and do the work in a timely manner. Very upfront on out how much the work will be and it seems reasonably priced. The employees are friendly and respectful. The took a ground hog out of my engine compartment and suggested a place to get the electrical repaired. Great service!

Great service, quick, polite, friendly service team. Would have given 5 Stars except my clean car was returned with muddy tires and wheel wells because the parking lot has a huge muddy pot hole that the technician drove through basically because it is unavoidable.

They were very helpful in selecting my new tires. The technicians were conscientious and even cleaned the hubs on the car and the back of the rims before before bolting the wheels back on. I also like that they did a free alignment check to see if it was necessary instead of trying to sell me on it right off the bat.
