They were very helpful in selecting my new tires. The technicians were conscientious and even cleaned the hubs on the car and the back of the rims before before bolting the wheels back on. I also like that they did a free alignment check to see if it was necessary instead of trying to sell me on it right off the bat.

Tire changeover was fine. Their car care was bad. Took in a clean car and 8 clean tires. Picked up a dirty car inside and out and 8 muddy tires. 4 mounted dirty. 4 bagged dirty. Had to do significant cleaning at home to eliminate these problems. Not good.

The issue was not solved and an additional issue appeared. Took car in for a flat tire. Pressure sensor replaced. Tire still loses pressure in 3-4 days. Pressure sensor does not work, reporting 0 psi (was reporting the correct pressure before replacement).

This is undoubtedly one of the worst customer experiences I have had in recent memory. New ownership and management obviously don't care much about their long term, loyal customers. This was a comedy of errors from start to finish and, instead of someone trying to make it right or even apologizing, they just double down on horrible customer service. Done with these folks.

Flynn's tire treated me so well this last appointment. I had trouble at a quick oil change location and they were able to get me right in to have my vehicle looked at. The person that helped me out was great about explaining everything that was going on with my vehicle, making me feel well informed and confident that I was getting good service. Would highly recommend them for vehicle maintenance.

Car inspection was satisfactory. I requested a license plate screw be replaced which the technician did but damage to the emergency trunk latch occurred and was not reported to me. The latch was functional when I took the car in and now is hanging in the trunk unattached.
