Not enough communication from the desk man. The young lady there was trying her best to be helpful. And except for not letting my wife know why it was taking so long, the service was good. Also, we have always received a discount for our vehicle inspection, but not this time? Usually at least $5, not a deal breaker, but in today's economy, every little bit helps, especially us seniors. I've been a customer at Flynn's before and was pleased then as I was with my most recent visit. I drive 40 miles round trip and would appreciate being able to make an appointment for service instead of tying up 3+ hours of my time because of the "first come-first served" policy in use.

I purchased 4 new Geolandar A/T tires online from Flynn's in Clarion and made an appointment for installation. Initially I was dismayed that the 4 TPMS needed to be replaced and an alignment was also recommended but am pleased that everything was expertly completed. I've no regrets with this expensive experience and am pleased that Flynn's was able to complete the tasks.

In and Out Fairly Quickly, I Purchased the Tires On-Line at the Clarion, Pa Store, they Had a Sale on Tires, Buy 4 get 1 Free, Great Deal, I Purchased 4 New Yokohama Tires. I went in the next morning to have them Installed, they did a Free Alignment Check, and said that the Alignment was out, so I paid to have a 4 Wheel Alignment done while I was there, that will help to keep the Tire from wearing too soon and badly.

We went for a tire rotation and to make sure our tires had good tread and perhaps needed aligned. Actually, we expected to make an appointment. The desk clerk was friendly and efficient. We were serviced and within 1/2 hour were on our way home. The tires were rotated and checked for wear and alignment. Good job!

I needed my vehicle inspected and felt for sure I needed a new battery as I had to have AAA come out and jump start it. I rarely drive it, so felt the extreme cold we've been having ruined it. When I went back into Flynn's, I was told that everything was fine electrically so no need for a new battery. What a pleasant

I was told I needed to replace low air pressure sensors before they loosened the first lug nut. I asked the customer service person why would they recommend replacing them with out looking at them. I was told given the mileage on my truck (135,000) plus or minus they would be old and worn. I told them to leave them there was nothing wrong with them. What I didn't tell him is that I had just had them replaced @ my 125,000 factory service. Low and behold my low pressure light will not go off now. DON'T TRY TO UPSELL WORK THAT DOES NOT NEED DONE.
