I get sick with headaches, burning eyes and my chest tightens up overtime I drive the car and they refused to do a diagnostic on the car to find out what making me ill even though I said I would pay for the diagnostic. Needless to say my car is nothing more than a driveway ornament until I get things figured out. I'm making payments on a car that I can't even drive.

The technician did not put caps on two tires. I forgot to replace them but thought that they would have caught it and added replacements. I will check yes for referral because of the shuttle. I am not certain about any service outside of oil change. Also, they offered a $20 coupon and the oil change was still $104.

I had come in for air in one of the tires showing low. The man who did the air said there was a problem with the tire valve & I needed to have it looked at. I waited for 2 hours to be told that the mechanic couldn't find anything wrong with it. I felt like I was scammed- them trying to get a sale. It wasted my time and my son was with me and he fell asleep.

Schedule got put in wrong and when my mother went at time I made it for they couldn't find it and she was there nearly two hrs waiting for an oil change, I had called there to speak to my mother and was told she had already left but when my mother got home I asked her when she had left from there and she was still there when I had asked to speak to her, and the service manager was rude

I would give a 5 star, but I had to pay 300 + for something I thought was going to be under warranty. Because back in June 6 or 7 months ago, they were supposed to fix my air conditioner. And now there seems to be a leak and I'm the one who has to pay another three hundred plus dollars to get it fixed. That's not fair to me.... But , the gentleman that worked on my car was awesome.

Was not pleased due to a missing part to my vehicle and never got a call back with follow up. When put in the shop and told the vehicle will be cleaned up after service, terrible job washing or and cleaning the vehicles. Very difficult to get call backs as well.
