by 2014 LEXUS RX 350 BASE/350 F SPORT Owner on 10/10/2026Verified Service
I had them do my annual inspection. I didn't like that my hood was left open. Alerts ringing and I didn't know what was happening. I finally figured it out and had to pull off to shut it. Also, my tire pressure left was on and they did not check it. The light was still on when I got my car back.

I was ok with the service of rotating my tires and an oil change. The dealership offers a courtesy detailing service. My car was supposedly washed and but it was worst than when I brought it to the dealership. Windows were so streaked with dirty water and the tire seem to have tire shine on sections of the tires but not the entire tire. If you are not going to do it right, don't do it at all!!!

The service I received was superior! I bought a RX350 and wanted to add side molding to the car to eliminate door dings. The molding was ordered, I got a call saying molding was in and appointment was made for installation. I waited a short while for it to be added and it looks great!!

I worked with Tim and Levi and I could not have asked for a better experience. I live in WV and they made my buying and pick up experience smooth and easy. At all times I felt I was dealing with straightforward and honest individuals. I hope you can find the perfect car at Flow Lexus.

Liked the greeting by Ronnie, the waiting room, the coffee/ hot chocolate machine, the bottles of water (but, would prefer paper cups and a water dispensing cooler as the bottles of water likely have microplastics; plus more environmental waste, and the snacks ...showroom and bathrooms and waiting room and drive in bay are nearly spotless.

Patrick Moye was a wonderful salesman. He was cordial and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a car. The service department has always been over the top in taking care of my cars. I am very pleased with all my dealings with Flow Lexus of Greensboro.

The mechanic Jacob that handled doing the work on my vehicle was very informative, knowledgeable, and easy to understand, continually give me information and letting me know what needed to be done. That made me feel very comfortable in knowing that someone had an interest in taking care of my truck.

Flow Lexus it's a great place to buy a great car. Joe assisted us in making our purchase and he was very helpful and knowledgeable and made it a great experience. I would highly recommend them and when it comes time for our next vehicle purchase, I will be returning to purchase another Lexus.

I always have a great experience at Lexus! The waiting area is spacious, clean, and has comfortable seating. I can work on my laptop, watch TV or visit with the other patrons. My car always comes back to me clean and I never have issues with any repair they've made. I've been coming to Flow Lexus since 2014.

The only problem was that the grill was cracked and it was not on the LCert that came with our 2023 nx350h. Other than that...excellent. They replaced the grill no problem and no hassle...in fact...if Tim gets right...he might sell a UX300h...since that was the loaner they gave us!
by 2025 LEXUS ES 300H BASE/300H LUXURY/ Owner on 04/04/2026Verified Service
The service invoice stated they used 0w20 weight oil. When I questioned them on it the service rep said they used the correct 0w16 oil but the program that prints out the invoices was in error. I keep my invoices for proof of service when I sell/trade my cars. I expect the correct information.
by 2021 LEXUS RX 350 Owner on 04/02/2026Verified Service
Service was very good. Staff was very helpful and dealership was pleasant. The loaner RX 350 was pleasure to drive but not ready to trade. Cost of service is too high for what is done to the car. Especially having to replace the spark plugs to keep the warranty on the emision system. Plugs are designed to last 100k and have to be replaced at 60k.
by 2021 LEXUS RX 350 Shopper on 01/20/2026Verified Purchase
I wish my salesman had taken the time to show me some really basic features of the car (I.e. how to start car and turn it off, where is the gas tank and how to open, that the actual key was located in the fob and how to retrieve it if the battery was dead, etc.)
by 2023 LEXUS RX 350 BASE/350 PREMIUM/3 Shopper on 01/14/2026Verified Purchase
Fantastic experience. Matt was incredibly and patient with me and answered all of my questions. The "finance guy"-can't remember his name was also just a delight. I was very pleased with the customer service and willingness by all to work within my parameters to buy a new car.
by 2024 LEXUS RX 350H BASE/350H PREMIUM Shopper on 12/21/2025Verified Purchase
This was our first time at this dealership. We were welcomed right away, and we were shown a variety of vehicles. Trevor answered all of our questions. The actual purchase was smooth and timely. Everyone was very efficient and respectful of time. We were very happy with our purchase.

Ronnie Majors did an outstanding job of fitting my wife's car in for a tire issue on a crowded end of week before Thanksgiving that I discovered at the last minute. He's the reason I keep my business there. He has helped and advised for several years.
by 2025 LEXUS RX 450H+ LUXURY Owner on 11/13/2025Verified Service
Everyone was terrific. I wished RX 450h+ from them. I my car had a flat, no spare tire in sight and 85 miles from home on Friday night. The GM gave me a loaner for the weekend as maintenance was closed until Monday morning. I returned the loaner and picked up my car Monday morning. Customer Service could not have been better. Buy Floyd Lexus in Greensboro.
by 2013 LEXUS RX 350 Owner on 11/10/2025Verified Service
Felt Ronnie took care of me well. Called and let me know recommendations before work was done. Car wash was average. Someone had stood on car running board with muddy shoes and scratched the area. Had to clean when I got home and treat to get scratches off.
by 2015 LEXUS RX 350 BASE/350 F SPORT Owner on 10/28/2025Verified Service
They did an okay job. They weren't busy so they rushed through the wash of my car. The front grill and the top of my hood still had bugs on it and my tires were still dirty. I know it is a free car wash but for me to drive as far as I do I expect a good job to be done regardless.
by 2024 LEXUS ES 350 BASE/350 LUXURY/35 Owner on 10/26/2026Verified Service
They were attentive to answer questions in providing professional maintenance to my vehicle. Always patient and friendly.
