I was ok with the service of rotating my tires and an oil change. The dealership offers a courtesy detailing service. My car was supposedly washed and but it was worst than when I brought it to the dealership. Windows were so streaked with dirty water and the tire seem to have tire shine on sections of the tires but not the entire tire. If you are not going to do it right, don't do it at all!!!

Service was very good. Staff was very helpful and dealership was pleasant.The loaner RX 350 was pleasure to drive but not ready to trade. Cost of service is too high for what is done to the car. Especially having to replace the spark plugs to keep the warranty on the emision system. Plugs are designed to last 100k and have to be replaced at 60k.
