Very genuine greeting and Vicky was extremely helpful with the process and with an issue I might have with my extended warranty I purchased when I bought the car. They kept appointment time to start. They did agreed to work for 30,000 mile check up plus oil change and tire rotation. There was a funny noise at rear right I asked service writer to-have checked. I forgot to ask when paying bill and leaving and noise is still there. Checked billing and was not noted on bill. If not for that I would rate 5 star service.

Bruce is not a customer oriented employee. I was told I when making the appt that I would have a loaner. I show for the appt and no loaner available. Bruce said once I asked. As I told you we do not have loaners. I plan on purchasing a new Hyundai and it will not be from flow.
