Received by a very professional and knowledgeable service attendant Dallas. Flow's integrated processes prevented me from having to provide the same information repeatedly. Estimate for work was available at time of scheduling. I was kept informed of progress and I was able to to approve the work desired. Greeted by a friendly staff always. Everyone was kind, and explained everything very well. But the wait was brutal and took up most of my day. I appreciate that the Dealer is sometimes the best place to go for certain services, but I can't help but feel like I could get some of this work done at an independent shop for less money.

Mechanic recommended spark plug change. They were replaced two days prior to the 2/11/26 oil change and tire rotation. Makes me wonder if they even inspected one of the new spark plugs to see that it is in good standing!! Not good integrity of a mechanic in my view...

Our NY-FL trip was interrupted by a serious car malfunction. Flow diagnosed the problem and provided a fix as quickly as possible. They assisted us in getting a rental car and took us to pick it up. Everything was explained well upfront and the work was done within a reasonable time after the part arrived. Just a great experience.

Sorry service I've ever had. I took my car there for a water leak.They ended up scratched the roof from putting something on top my car. Then they damage the undercarriage in my car and didn't tell me about it and act like it was my fault. I'll never take my car back there

I had no wait time upon arrival. My service advisor explained my recall process. Mr. Ecclesiastical was friendly and kept me abreast of the service progress. The waiting area was comfortable. This was my first visit, but I don't anticipate that it will be my last. I was pleased with the service.

This is more of a feedback / process improvement, I'd recommend letting the customer know that certain tasks may take 3-5 hours to complete so they can make a decision to sit around all day or find a ride home and return at the end of the day when their vehicle is ready. When Flow/ Technician sends the recommend service they should state timeframe for each service is something I'd like to see in the future.

I like the way everything was handled from start to end with the exception of the service technician who didn't rest my dash indicators. I depend of those indicators to let me know what's due and when; therefore, resetting them is very important to me. I did receive a follow-up call from a manager in reference to this. Overall, the service was good.
