They were understanding of my vehicle and why I wanted to use a different weight and viscosity engine oil. The complimentary car wash was an added bonus. I would advise that anyone call to schedule ahead of time and get there early if you can. I was in and out very quickly.

Took my vehicle to have it serviced for a nail in one of the tires I had recently purchased from Flow. The tire was replaced with a new tire of the same kind. I did not have to go through any unwanted red tape. The service I received from Kyle and Flow was great.

I had my RIDGELINE in for a factory recall parts replacement. While servicing the vehicle, the technician discovered damage to a tie rod and a leaking bearing seal. (Verified by video). I authorized the repairs and ask Dallas Eccles if he would contact Endurance and ask if the suspension repairs were covered. He advised me that the repairs were covered as soon as he received the answer.

Everyone was kind, and explained everything very well. But the wait was brutal and took up most of my day. I appreciate that the Dealer is sometimes the best place to go for certain services, but I can't help but feel like I could get some of this work done at an independent shop for less money.

Mechanic recommended spark plug change. They were replaced two days prior to the 2/11/26 oil change and tire rotation. Makes me wonder if they even inspected one of the new spark plugs to see that it is in good standing!! Not good integrity of a mechanic in my view...

Our NY-FL trip was interrupted by a serious car malfunction. Flow diagnosed the problem and provided a fix as quickly as possible. They assisted us in getting a rental car and took us to pick it up. Everything was explained well upfront and the work was done within a reasonable time after the part arrived. Just a great experience.

Sorry service I've ever had. I took my car there for a water leak.They ended up scratched the roof from putting something on top my car. Then they damage the undercarriage in my car and didn't tell me about it and act like it was my fault. I'll never take my car back there
