I had no wait time upon arrival. My service advisor explained my recall process. Mr. Ecclesiastical was friendly and kept me abreast of the service progress. The waiting area was comfortable. This was my first visit, but I don't anticipate that it will be my last. I was pleased with the service.

This is more of a feedback / process improvement, I'd recommend letting the customer know that certain tasks may take 3-5 hours to complete so they can make a decision to sit around all day or find a ride home and return at the end of the day when their vehicle is ready. When Flow/ Technician sends the recommend service they should state timeframe for each service is something I'd like to see in the future.

I like the way everything was handled from start to end with the exception of the service technician who didn't rest my dash indicators. I depend of those indicators to let me know what's due and when; therefore, resetting them is very important to me. I did receive a follow-up call from a manager in reference to this. Overall, the service was good.

Service advisor Josh was very professional as was the technician who worked on my CRV. I'm sorry I don't remember his name.
They had to keep my car due to sourcing the parts but it wasn't long. My CRV runs like new. The problem was a bad head gasket. The only symptom to this failure was it ran rough at startup.

They performed a great diagnosis on a car that Honda should have recalled years ago!!! We ended up trading in the 2017 CR-V -XL for a 2022 CR-V Touring. Hope we have better luck.
The clinician was kind enough to not charge us for the service once he saw how many repairs we had to make over the last 5 years!!! So VERY KIND OF HIM!
