Deceptive practices and click bait dealership post listed price for vehicle however conveniently omitted absorbent prep fees , processing fees which are $1000. without tax tags!!!! Stay far away inquired availability one says yes another salesperson says no ???? Too many fake places like this . A GOOD REPUTATION IS BETTER THAN A MILLION DOLLARS..BEWARE EVERYTHING THAT SHINES IS MOT GOLD!

They have a lot of hidden fees. You will pay thousands more than what the listed price is. I went to another dealership and got a much better deal. The car that I was interested in was even at the location that it was listed for, making me drive 40 minutes and wasted my time.

Was going to go test drive the same day, but had to go to work. We agreed to reschedule the following we but all he would say is its being worked on. 1. Vehicle had NO windshield wiper blade on driver's side and it rained on the way home. I immediately had to purchase one at the nearest store. 2. After leaving the dealership, I looked inside the key fob and discovered there wasn't a physical key, only the fob. Sales manager Juan Marchan, commented that anything extra provided was a "courtesy" from the dealership and not mandatory! 3. The vehicle began jumping/sputtering erratically while driving on the 2nd day after purchase. I immediately brought the vehicle back to the dealership the same night for a diagnostic ready/repair. The next day, the mechanic of the dealership didn't find anything wrong and said it was ready for pick-up. After retrieving my vehicle, the sales manager provided no paperwork, no diagnostic readings, no explanation for any of the missing items. He also insisted repeatedly that the dealership replaced the missing wiper-blades, however he failed to recall "my receipts" and the empty casings from "my purchase" were left inside the vehicle. At another auto-parts store, their diagnostic computer found 4 error codes. These codes were read on the same day upon receiving my vehicle. Of course the dealership opens at a certain hour, the service/mechanic department opens at certain hours, and the mechanic/service department does not service vehicles during the weekends. Sales managers at the dealership do not arrive until close to midday. With these limited windows of opportunity to speak with key personnel, it's nearly impossible to conduct business appropriately. Due to the proximity of work, my residence, and the other mentioned above factors of the dealership, I had to find my own mechanic to fix the error codes that should have been found and taken care of BEFORE the purchase of the vehicle and AFTER the vehicle was returned with 24hrs of purchase. The sales manager Juan Marchan wasn't able to find anything in their database pertaining to my vehicle being serviced and commented that the mechanic who serviced my vehicle was no longer employed at Florida Fine Cars. With or without the mechanic on site, there should be records reflecting all business actions. With that being said, the Florida Fine Cars-West Palm Beach dealership missed various cost effective errors, failed to take accountability for their safety protocols, store managers failed to communicate with customers effectively, and have no systems in place for accurate record keeping.

This dealership was awful. They were deceptive, didnt return calls, they kept changing the sales representatives and added hidden fees after a price was negotiated. Save yourself time and aggravation- go elsewhere.
