What I didn't like was that the service person didn't informed me where I was in the process, since I had to wait awhile, but I understood that I didn't have an appointment but, the least she could have done was to let me know something.

I didn't need any service work done on Tuesday May 26, 2026 when I went in. All I needed was for them to show me how to reset my speedometer, which turned out to be a simple task. I really appreciated the attention and assistance I received. I'm a regular customer at least since 2016!!! I trust them with my vehicle!

I drive two hours to get serviced at this dealer even though there is a Toyota dealer five minutes from my house. Everyone is super friendly and they take time to explain what they are are doing. They even sent a video upon completion to show what they did. I may be biased because I'm from Florence, but so far I've been happy with the vehicle purchase and the service.

Very friendly and helpful service dept. Everyone is very concerned about the issues i explained to them the service departmentis awesome. Since Toyota corp stopped supporting entune without having a workaround the dealer could only do so much. Its very unfortunate that toyota Corp has done nothing to resolve this issue so far. With vehicles being over 40k in price Toyota Corp needs to step up and fix this.

Fast and early morning service with an appointment. James and crew worked out very well and had me out in 2 hours after upgrading my touchscreen recall issues. Everything was great even the waiting lounge was clean and well stocked with coffee and drinks. Had everything for your comfort and had the tv on regular channels not a car channel. They couldn't solve the problem but a shade tree mechanic could. I mentioned being interested in a Tundra but I was ignored. I even gave them another chance a couple of months later but they couldn't help me again. I bought a Tundra last week but not from Florence Toyota. I'll never contact them again.
