Liked the pick-up, drop-off and prompt response. Didn't like the fact I have still had no response from Fletcher Jones valet service to the traffic ticket my car received for commuter lane incursion when being delivered to the service department in for the previous visit a few months ago! I still had to pay the ticket though.

Fletcher Jones Motorcars of Fremont violated our trust!
My Mercedes C43 was driven for 47.3 miles exceeding 80mph speed after we were informed the car was ready for pickup.
The service advisor was not available to answer why the car was being driven at high speeds.
I will not be taking my car to Fletcher Jones Motorcars!!!

I was never really given a very clear definition of what my final cost would be prior to authorizing service. Also, I had to call them to find out that my van was ready. And lastly, the person who drove me to pick up my vehicle ask some very inappropriate questions about who I voted for in the election. Overall, it was not a great experience having my van serviced at Fletcher Jones, Mercedes Fremont.

The FJ team really made a mess the first time around, although this was not the fault of te service department. However, a very quick and aggressive response to my cry for help all the way up to include help from the general manager took care of everything and showed they really do care about the customer experience!

Very poor customer service, they were very rude to my 83 yr old grandmother and she was very uncomfortable, they overcharged me for service that wasnt performed and when I mentioned it they refunded me, overall experience was below poor and very bad customer service!
