Service was pretty quick and oil change looked great and oil was at correct level. They should do a better job at giving the customer better information on the condition of fluids. I know there is one other fluid or two that should be flushed or changed. But I will wait until next oil change to see if they catch it. If they do I will probably service my jeep there. If not I will have to think about it.

The guys in the shop are so nice and helpful. They check on me and make sure I am well cared for. I have mobility problems and they open doors for me. They bring the van inside so I dont have to walk very far. It was raining the other day and they were concerned about my getting wet. I cannot say enough good about them. This group is the best ever.

The check engine light problem on my 2015 Town & Country is now fixed. It was a defective temperature sensor which has now been replaced. The unwanted door tone alarm problem is still not fixed. It took two weeks to get an appointment. I was there at 7:50 A.M. for an 8 A.M. appointment main problem was a bad flooding of drivers side headliner, and A pillar that soaked my carpet with standing water. My truck sat outside for 9 hours untouched. They wanted to keep it overnight. With the threat of more rain. Nope!!

Everything was very smooth. The workers were nice and helpful. The service took about an hour to an hour and a half, so the free wifi was super useful! The service ended up costing $78.07, which is the most expensive oil change I've ever had! Other than the price, I had a good experience.

Very poor customer service. I except basic manners at the very least. Based on the oil change package I purchased, this visit should have included tire rotation which was not mentioned or offered. You are not greeted upon arrival and I had to ask where to locate my car when leaving. I will not continue service at this dealership once my package is completed.

I brought my truck in for a recall and a routine tire rotation and balance. Upon delivery my truck had no noticeable issues or vibration. When they gave me my truck back the tires are noticeably out of balance with a noticeable vibration. Im still waiting for them to call me back to schedule repairs. Im very disappointed in the service I received.

Excellent service from Andy! Very professional. Only recommendation I could have was reminding me of if and when my tires needed rotated. Otherwise not one single complaint. He even went the extra mile and ran and brought my vehicle up to the door. Thats excellent service you dont see anymore!
