I have been here 3 times for annual service on my BMW M440xi and BMW Flemington Service have always been outstanding. Laura Vargas is an amazing service manager - she listens, communicates clearly, and is always looking to make the experience as convenient and pain free as possible. I drive over an hour from Northern NJ for routine maintenance because of the quality of service. Highly recommend.

I like that I can see them working on my car the whole time. And my car comes back exactly how I handed it to them. I travel nearly over 90 miles to this dealership just for my car service total worth it.
Haha, what they could improve is not just offering coffee, tea, water, and soda, but also snacks like cookies and chips! Other than that, everything so far is great. Definitely recommended.

The flexibility of working with me to pick up the car for service is extremely appreciated. I constant recommend the place to my friends for the customer service.
What could be better? I was expecting my wipers to be replaced during this service as BMW recommends replacing every 6-12 months. I do have extended service warranty and this was disappointing.

Flemington BMW always does a great job and that is why we continue to take our cars to them. Debra is our consultant and she does a great job and is always in contact with us about our vehicles. They also provide a loaner car and that helps tremendously. We would not take our cars anywhere else.

A visit to replace two damaged tires and repair wheels. Loaner car, as always. All work accomplished well and service advisor (Jim) assisted greatly in getting the wheel and tire insurance to cover the majority of the rather expensive repairs.
