I had a nail in my tire that I had picked up at a construction site. I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to get my vehicle in and out quickly. It was also washed for free, which I also appreciate. The team here is very professional and they always keep me informed of the status of my vehicle. I also received a complimentary inspection with a video!! This is a very nice tool!!

The amount of time it took to replace a tire under warranty and the amount we had to pay to replace a tire, under warranty, was unacceptable. I believe in second chances. So, if my next experience with them is a 5, I would recommend them. The associates were patient and kind throughout the process.

Keiffer is a great service advisor! I've dealt with him 2x, and both have been great experiences. I will continue to have my car's Nissan repairs done thru him. However, I bought my car used from somewhere else, and they didnt give me free oil chgs. So, I'm using Dunrite Automotive for those. They charge a little more, but they do a full inspection of your car plus a ODB2 code check.

I always go to Kieffer. He takes great care of me nothing against the rest of the team . He always greets me and answers my questions when I have any or even my concerns . Like this he told me about my next service is transmission service and even quoted me a price.

Kristi was very kind and helpful. She made me feel like she was going to take care of everything, she knew I was nervous and she calmed me down. She explained the process and promised to take care of everything. I did feel like she let me down because I brought my car in on a monday I asked for a loaner car. She did tell me one were available at the time but no mention was made after that.
