Valet service from my house and back is very convenient. This is my second time to use this service. Great service experience, both on the phone for support and service for A/C actuator and brake service. Hard to beat Jason Kubica at 5-Star NRH. Since my battery was completely dead I appreciate your Mobile Service. The replacement battery had not arrived at the parts department yet but the technicians checked to make certain that was the problem and said they would be back with the new battery the next morning. They kept me informed of their arrival time and showed up promptly. They were very respectful and helpful.

Everything was fine, it's just that no one was very friendly during my experience. Also, it would be such a nice touch if the car was washed and vacuumed as part of any service. I know some dealerships do this. I was satisfied with my experience but there was nothing special about it.

Great experience. Getting appointment was easy. They took care of the issue that I had. They washed my car before they returned it to me. It was a warranty issue so they gave me a car to drive while mine was in shop.Ron in service answered all my concerns.

We were out of state when our car developed a very serious issue. This dealership's service department was exceptional. The service writer was able to get the car in for diagnostic's right away and the parts ordered for installation the next day. They treated us like family even though we had never been there. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They made sure our car was safe and we could continue to our destination.
