I have a almost new 2500, went to get a simple oil change. They changed the oil and filter and let the dealership. On my way I smelled a strong smell of oil. I get home and oil is dripping under truck.Take it back to the dealership and they didn't seem to think it is a big deal. The man at the counter tells me the technician forgot to clean up their mess. They cleaned it up and gave my truck back to me. No apologies! Do not recommend five star for any service ever.
