I took my car that had a mileage of 6632 for software update. They kept for 36 hours and I picked it with 6868. They drive it for over 200 miles. They took parts from the car to fix other vehicles. I found out that they gave as loaner to another customer.

The wait time for completion of the oil change was entirely too long. The initial estimated wait time I received was one hour forty-five minutes. The total wait time was approximately three hours for a simple oil change. I visit this dealership often, and the lack of concern for the time of customers is unacceptable.
