Had reason for appt. wrong. $525 charge, when I was about $160 when appt. was made Told me it would take about an hour. Took 2 hrs. Told me it would be 5 mins. to do paper work when car ready, and it took 30 min.Service person said he was sorry, had to jump start a car. Did not let me know so I set there 30 minutes instead of 5 min.

I am shocked and appalled by the lack of professionalism, respect, and basic competence I encountered. I was overcharged for a service that was not even completed.I feel genuinely sad for our local community that we have a business that operates with such blatant disrespect and dishonesty. We deserve better. I cannot state this strongly enough: do not take your vehicle here for service.
