your appointment is at 11 show up at 1030. car not in shop til1230. service manager tells me it can take 90 minutes to get to a 11 appointment.. standard rules.. me no 11 means 11 not 1230. hate the service. then never charged before for service then tells me they want $40, for what I guess is for lunch! There needs to be zero in ratings.... And NO they haven't reached out to me.

Internet manager was helpful, placed a deposit on a truck we wanted. Waited four days until the truck was ready to test drive. Asked the evening manager to give us overnight to think about it. He refused! Said he couldn't do that. We requested a refund of our deposit and walked out. Next morning day manager called and apologized, offered us the deal we requested. Too late. Our thoughts on this dealership had soured by the treatment. Their loss. Purchased a truck from a different dealer.
