Once you are connected to a live person the schd and actual service appointment all goes smoothly. The initial connection with any First Team Service Dept is a nightmare . Fix the process by directly connecting his to the requested dealership.

The dealership does it's job. No less, definitely no more. Sadly most of the employees seem to be in a state of simply drowning about, just getting the job done and collecting a check. They are not rude or mean, but do not seem to enjoy their job.
