They are over priced higher than dealer ship the charged me to pull out a filter 50.00 but part was only 28 dollar that was a rip off I will never go back there that's not honesty to me I was not informed that they charge to remove something that dam simple .Won't be going back there. Overall, good work. There was an issue with the service which revealed itself between H.A.L.T. and home. When communicated to H.A.L.T., they promptly developed a plan to resolve the issue. And they effectively resolved the issue the next morning, with great transparency. Based on this experience, I am delighted to be a H.A.L.T. customer.
