Routine oil change and tire rotation. 2 days later I heard a pop and my car started wobbling while driving. Pulled over to find one of my tires was loose. Only one lugnut was tightened fully and the bolt for that one fractured leaving 4 loose ones. They repaired my car at no cost but I never heard from the manager or the service guy I originally worked with during all of this. TLDR: Service was bad and hospitality was worse.
