My last service experience did not live up to previous. Delay in parts caused vehicle to be kept an extra day. I was not informed of situation. Phone calls not returned. Disappointing, because previous service has been excellent. Also think the labor charges were excessive in this instance. I am going to give dealership another chance because it's convenient for me.
