Since June I've had my 2018 Equinox in for door locks not locking or locking me totally out of car 3 times.last time i paid 1200$ and today Oct 26th I'm locked out again..had to crawl through my cargo door which did not lock..I'm very unhappy because I believe it's a manufacturers problem..now my car has to go back in for 4th time!!

It was a very convenient and satisfactory experience. I asked for a 60,000 mile service when I took the car in on 9/9/2024. Apparently, I didn't get the service required. I'm not going back until another service is needed. Would have given 5 stars if they would have done the full 60,000 mile service.

Everything went fine, but a part needed to correct problems with my door locking and unlocking mechanism was not available. Said they would order it once there system was operating properly. That was over TWO MONTHS AGO. I guess system is still not working.

They tried to upsell me on products that were unnecessary and way overpriced. They did not wash the car, a service they always did at previous visits. And now the car makes a funny noise when driving down the road at speeds in excess of 25 miles per hour.
