I was sold a $28,000 used car, that has a cracked windshield. I did not see the crack, and would have not purchased it, if I had seen it. I believe the price numbers, distracted me, from seeing the crack. Putting glue in the crack, will not fix the windshield, which will crack, anytime. It was also missing a valve cap, and was low on windshield wiper fluid, that I requested be topped off.

Overall the dealership is very friendly and customer service oriented. The only thing I wish they could do better is have more service appointments in the evenings and weekends so if you work you have a way to schedule an appointment versus waiting for a few hours for the express lane.

Emergency service needed due to a failed crankshaft cam position sensor code. If it was internal it would have been very expensive or a total loss but the diagnostics of their excellent technician staff found the failed part (sensor) and replaced within a day. They dropped everything to address my emergency! This is why I just bought another VW Jetta from them!

You did not record our tire rotation and brake inspection. I had to enter them myself, as Carfax kept reminding me of what they thought was overdue service. I do not know whether you reset the oil change maintenance in the car itself, but you did not give me a new oil change reminder sticker.
