There were two mixups in my service, it seems like things were disorganized and busy with the upcoming holiday. The manager Sean owned the issue with services which were recommended in error, and although they didn't know I wanted 2 services initially despite what I put in the online appt request, they were able to get the service completed that day as well.

I had my car towed because it wouldn't start. It was at their dacility for a week. It had a full tank of GG as. On the phone, he said,"we did a complimentary diagnostic and found nothing." When I went to pick it up, I was charged $97 for a battery change in the fob of which I had already tried myself. There should have been no charge and reimbursement for the gas.

Fine Tuned Auto did a thorough evaluation of whats needed on my very old vehicle, although I have not yet decided to do any of the work, I will certainly bring it back if I choose to have the repairs. Ive also had another vehicle there in the past and the work was great

The HONESTY here is incredible. The mechanics and service staff here do NOT look for something to charge you for....I actually was recently told there was "no charge" for a brief diagnostic they performed while I ran an errand USING THEIR SERVICE CUSTOMER SERVICE SEDAN!
