I scheduled my70,000 miles service and it was completed in a timely manner as hoped for. I have experienced dealerships that go the extra effort and also run the vehicle thru a car wash , but this did not happen here. Those little things make a difference.

3 of 5 people I dealt with were really cold and insensitive to me as I worked on getting my battery replaced. The lady at the front desk, the lady at the service desk and the man at the parts desk all treated me like another number, and at times very rude. The only nice people were the car salesman and a new mechanic.

Terrible customer service. Work is ok but service reps are not customer friendly. Always make excuses. Very frustrating. Forgot to hook up two sensors. No appologies. Worth driving two hours to Vegas. Might get done quicker and correctly the first time. This is not a single time occurrence.

Delayed commencement of work even with appointment made and on time arrival. Dealership pricing was higher than other independent service companies, but if vehicle parts were needed it was expected to eliminate having to wait for a special order. On a more positive note, the waiting area for customers while their car was being serviced was very comfortable and personnel were very attentive.

Service department is as bad as always. They fix something and a fee weeks later you have the same issue. But its never their fault. But on a good note, the parts department is fantastic! He knows is stuff, and is always ready to help and go the extra mile for the customer! The service department could learn a lot from him!!

While the amount of time needed, as well as the estimated cost was not clearly indicated at the time of scheduling the work to be done, it was completed as clarified at time of arrival. The part replacement was a good deal more than expected. However, dealing with an older model, I appreciate being able to still get the parts needed.
As always, the dealership provides a comfortable and clean area while waiting for the service work to be completed.
