The service team did what was asked of them and I'm appreciative of that fact. I added AmsOil to the engine, transmission, brake fluid, and engine coolant as well as a better horn that is much louder that factory. My 2022 WRX GT is good for a very long time now. Can drive it any wear and trust that it will take good care of me. Findlay Subaru is the place to take your car fixed right.

Robert Frank was very helpful with my vehicle problem. He advised me that one part was missing and as soon as it came in he would be contacting me for the repair work. He also advised me that their would be no out of pocket expense as as it was covered by the Subaru warranty.

It was an unexpected expense, but he cared enough about my situation to help me find the best solution for my needs - and I appreciate the time and care he gave me on a very busy morning. He was able to add in other maintenance that I had scheduled for the next day. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I only stayed for one appointment and everything is done! Everyone there goes above and beyond. I had bought a rear seat cover and it was too difficult for me to put on. When I went for my service the two people that had greeted me in the parking lot took over and had my seat cover put on in a matter of minutes. So greatful to them. My service was done right on time.
