Asa did an excellent of providing the necessary services and got me caught up from some things that I had not finished up from the 60K service. Showed me the new technology with the photos as follow up on the new diagnostic process and explained the things I did not understand.

Asa, my service advisor is outstanding every time I come in there. I do however take issue with the mechanic trying to sell me front brakes (which I declined), and then upon completion of my service, my invoice inspection page indicated no issue with my brakes. Might have to seek an independent mechanic for honest service in the future. Would not currently recommend repairs at this facility.

Everything was great. I got a Carfax notice that I needed to make an appt, it was easy and convenient to make the appt, and I was greeted immediately by Brittany McLean and everything went smoothly. I waited in the customer lounge which was very comfortable (I even had a coffee!) and my car service was completed on time. Thank you

I called the service dept to let them know I had to bring my car in after AAA jump started the battery and they worked me into their already busy schedule. It was determined that my old battery was not operating up to par. They contacted me, then put in the new battery and called when it was completed.

It was easy to make the appointment. They took the car in on time and it was done when they said it would be. They kept in touch: reminding us of the appointment the day before, and then sending a text during the appointment letting us know to get in touch if we needed to or to let us know that they would get in touch if they needed anything from us. They are friendly but efficient and professional.

The staff was professional and helpful. We came in for an oil change and quick detail. The express detail was done mediocre. The oil change and loaner vehicle were handled well. The express detail window wash was not done very well. The wash and the hand dry left spots on the exterior and a few bugs. We are aware we have many bugs around here. The vacuuming kinda left a bit of debris on the carpets.
