We inquired about getting AC service and the service department was very helpful and accommodating. We expected an expensive repair/recharge of the AC system; however, we were pleasantly surprised by a lower overall cost of the service. The AC on our Honda CRV is now cold.

I has scheduled an appointment for an oil change and was told it would be 1 to 1.5 hours, and that I would get a phone call. I came back at 2 hours and was told 10 more min. It was 40 more min. In addition, the service rep seemed negative/ slightly confrontational in responding to my questions or requests; it felt as if his prepared answer was always a "no" .

My wife dropped off the CRV to finally get the "recall " on the vehicle settled. Staff was always very courteous. In their inspection, they found a small oil leak on top of the engine. Since the CRV still under extended warranty, she said they added a dye and to come back in 500 miles.

It took about a year to do the fuel pump exchange recall work. It took 3 separate visits Thursday, Monday and Tuesday to complete the rest of the maintenance on my 2018 CRV. and even though the temperature was 50' I didn't get a much needed car wash. The staff was very nice and helpful. I appreciated the shuttle service but was a little surprised by the $1,848.71. I love my CRV and it does great in the snow and the highway.

Service was ok. What irked me is that they inflated the passenger side tires to 59psi while leaving the drivers side correct at 38psi. Took me a day to realize why by tire light was on. Had a pressure check and even had a comment that Findlay Flagstaff does this all the time.
