ANTHONY BROOKS SENT A CARRIER TO MY HOUSE IN JAX, FL TO PICK UP THE 2015 R/R PHANTOM AND RETURNED THE CAR IN 2 DAYS COMPLETELY FIXED AND CLEANED UP AS USUAL. Although they are very nice and professional, the quality of work that I received left a lot to be desired. We disagreed on the condition of upholstery in the ceiling of the car when I dropped it off, maybe they were right maybe they were wrong but regardless they used their vendor to repair it and when I came to pick it up, there were still obvious problems. One of the problems the service manager agreed it should not be that way the other he said it's the way it is. I personally took the car back to the third-party service provider that Bentley uses and they took care of the problem very quickly. Apologized and said that they just missed a step. By the way, this was after Bentley had said they had put it through their final QC before calling me and saying the car was ready. Not a great experience. Will I give them another chance, yes. But for the price we pay for service on these cars. My expectations are quite high.

Car wasn't fixed. Car wasn't ready. Car has to go back for the same service that was originally for. Work took over 10 days and still wasn't finished. It wasn't like there was a whole bunch of things to do.

I inquired about an evo convertible and sent over trade info. I was told the trade info was sent to a Mgr and no one ever got back to me. Since then the car was sold. At least so.eone should of told me.

Everything was great - Chris and his team did a marvelous job in picking up the Phantom (dead battery) - replacing the battery and returning back to my house on the same day. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Thank you Chris..
