I'm happy to finally get my XT5 back after the A/C went out in June. It's running well. The problems seem to have begun when CarShield required Fields to remove the dashboard. Since then it's been in and out of the shop at least four times for extended periods. Still, Fields Cadillac went out of their way to accommodate me with loaners and kept me abreast of my vehicle's status. Thank you Rob and Stephanie!

As usual, I really like the service, the amenities, and the smiling faces. The service advisor, J.R., was very accommodating. He up sold us some services that we didn't need. That's his job. To be fair to him he did advise us in advance that these were optional. I was hoping to get the family discount of 15%. I only got the veterans discount of 10%.

It began with the A/C going out. As a result of them having to remove the dashboard I had to make four return trips to get all the safety devices working correctly. My hat's off to Rob for his follow through and Stephanie for ensuring my loaner was something I could be comfortable in. I still plan to use them as my preferred dealer/service center as this was my first (and prayerfully, last) not so positive experience since 2017.

The service was fine from beginning to end. Everyone was very nice, pleasant and professional. One. thing that bothered me was the waiting room with the restaurant was too hot for mecould have used more cool air. In the same room the sofas were way too low for me. Nothing bad at allbut at a foremost Cadillac dealership
they could have updated the furnishing better. But as for as "the service"..all good!!

Had to wait to many hours for simple work and the air condition wasn't done,because they didn't noticed the smell at the time,which I should of been told when I got the car back the waiting is unacceptable I've been coming there for service for yrs but it seems to be getting worse and when you request a call back it doesn't happenI've been waiting for a call back since 6/30 today is 7/1 still no call back.

It's always a pleasure taking my vehicle in for service. Ora is my go-to person ensuring everything goes well from having a loaner ready to calling and informing me of any challenges and when my vehicle was ready for pickup. Overall, this is a well run dealership which I have frequented since 2017 and have no plans to discontinue for the foreseeable future.

I absolutely love the employees at Fields Cadillac. From Laneshia Martin that worked to get me in a vehicle, the Finance Department manager, Miss Ora my service technician, to Chef who cooks me a free full breakfast (grits, omelet and toast)or lunch (soup and sandwich). It's a great dealship!

I only had one request which was not honored. My request was that my vehicle does not leave the lot, I've heard too many horror stories about this. My vehicle has upwards of 640 horsepower this could potentially be a problem I should have been brought with the tech on the Ride along so that I could drive it and he could observe. This sadly , did not happen.
